2023 Pastors' Conference

In October 2023, Mission Esperanza hosted its very first Pastors’ Conference, welcoming around 300 pastors and church leaders from across the island. Many traveled great distances to attend, and we were honored to provide transportation, housing, meals, and ministry resources for every participant. To ensure the teaching was both accessible and impactful, we invited Spanish-speaking pastors to lead and teach throughout the conference. While it was our first time hosting such a gathering, and there was much to learn, we quickly saw that God’s presence was powerfully at work. Hearts were encouraged, leaders were strengthened, and a deep sense of unity filled the room. What began as a step of faith became a confirmation that God is moving in this place, and we are humbled to be part of His work.
